Can UGS provide engineering / PS1 documents?
Yes — PS1 producer statements and full engineering documentation are available for every system to support consent applications.
Do you offer installation, or is it DIY only?
Both — ClearSpan Bar is designed for confident DIY installation, while ClearSpan Box and ClearSpan Plus can be installed by our approved installer network.

How long does a typical order take?
Standard stock items ship within 3–5 business days; custom kitset pergolas are typically 2–3 weeks depending on specification.
